Paid memberships let you charge your players a recurring (or one-time) fee for access to your community.

⭐ Club feature: Paid memberships and member subscriptions are part of the Club plan, and require a connected Stripe account. Omahji applies a 4% fee to member subscription payments (separate from the per-booking fee).

Before You Start

  • You're on the Club plan.
  • Your Stripe account is connected (Settings > Integrations). Connect it first if you haven't already.

Turn On Paid Memberships

  1. From the sidebar, tap or click Settings, then open Memberships.
  2. Find Charge for memberships and toggle it on. When this is on, new members must purchase a subscription plan before they can access your offerings.
  3. Save your changes.

Create a Subscription Plan

Under Subscription Plans, set up the plans members choose from. You can configure up to three.

  1. Tap or click Add membership plan (or Create a plan if you don't have any yet).
  2. In the Add New Plan window, fill in:
  • Plan Name — for example, "Standard Membership"
    • Description — what's included in the plan
    • Payment Type — Recurring subscription for an ongoing membership, or One-time payment for a fixed-length pass
    • Price — the amount members pay
    • Billing Frequency (recurring) or Membership Duration (one-time) — Monthly, 6 Months, or Annual
  1. Tap or click Add Plan to save.

💡 Tip: Start with one simple plan. You can add more later — up to three — as your community grows.

How Members Subscribe

When Charge for memberships is on, new members are prompted to choose a plan and pay through Stripe when they join your Portal. Until they pay, their profile shows as awaiting payment and they won't have full access.

Fees

Member subscription payments are processed through your connected Stripe account, with a 4% Omahji fee deducted automatically. This is separate from the fee on one-time game and event bookings.
