How do I view and manage game registrations?

How to see who has registered for a game, mark attendance, and manage the player list for an individual game occurrence.

Each individual game occurrence has its own registration list. Here's how to view it and manage players.


Opening a game occurrence

  1. Go to Your Offers and find the game or game series.
  1. For a one-time game, tap or click on it directly.
  1. For a recurring series, tap or click the series, then tap or click on an individual occurrence in the table.

The occurrence page shows:

  • Game details: date, time, duration, location, host, capacity, and status.
  • A registration list with each player's name, registration date, and payment status.

Registration actions

For each registered player you can:

  • Mark Paid — Record that payment has been collected (for pay-later games).
  • Waive — Mark the player as exempt from payment.
  • Remove — Remove the player from the game. If they paid, you can issue a refund.

Cancelling a game

If you need to cancel the game, use the Cancel button on the occurrence page. You'll be prompted to confirm, and you can choose to refund any players who paid online.

Cancelling an occurrence is permanent. Players will not be automatically notified — consider sending a message through the Communication section if you need to alert registered players.
