Once your session types are live, students can book appointments through your member portal. Here's how to view and manage those bookings.
Viewing bookings
- Go to Your Offers > Personal Sessions in the left navigation.
- You'll see a list of your session types. Tap or click on a session type to see its bookings.
Bookings are organized into Upcoming and Past tabs so you can focus on what's coming up.
For each booking you'll see:
- Student name
- Date and time
- Duration
- Payment status
Booking actions
For each booking you can:
- Mark Paid — Record that payment has been collected (for pay-later sessions).
- Waive — Mark the student as exempt from payment.
- Cancel — Cancel the booking. If the student paid online, you can issue a refund.

Availability and Google Calendar
If you've connected Google Calendar in Settings > Integrations, Omahji automatically checks your calendar for conflicts and blocks out times you're already busy. Students can only book time slots that are open on your calendar.
Keep your Google Calendar up to date to avoid double-bookings. Any event on your connected calendar will block the corresponding time slot from being booked.
