Once your league is live and players start registering, the League detail page gives you everything you need to manage your roster.
The League detail page
Go to Your Offers, find your league, and tap or click on it. At the top you'll see four stat cards:
- Total Registrants — All accepted players.
- Pending Review — Applications waiting for your decision.
- Paid — Registrants who have paid.
- Pending Payment — Accepted registrants who haven't paid yet.
Reviewing pending applications
The Pending Review section lists players who have applied but haven't been accepted yet. For each applicant you can:
- Accept — Confirms the player's spot. Omahji:
- Creates a player record (if one doesn't exist)
- Sends an invite email so the player can access the member app
- Sends a registration acceptance email with league details
- Decline — Rejects the application. You can optionally enter a reason. If the player paid, Omahji automatically issues a refund.
Accepted players are added to the Registrations table. Declined players are removed from the pending list.
Managing the registrations table
The Registrations table shows all accepted players with their payment status. You can:
- Expand a row — Tap or click a registrant to see their custom registration form answers.
- Mark Paid — Record that payment has been collected for pay-later registrations.
- Waive — Mark the player as exempt from payment.
- Remove — Remove the player from the league. If they paid online, you can issue a refund.
Payment statuses
Each registrant has one of these payment statuses:
Status | Meaning |
Paid | Payment confirmed |
Pending | Payment not yet received |
Waived | Payment exempted |
Registration link
At the bottom of the League detail page, find the Registration Link card. Use the copy button to share the link directly with players, or tap the external link icon to preview the registration page.
Exporting registrations
Use the Export CSV button in the Registrations section to download a spreadsheet of all registered players and their details.
