Each event occurrence has its own registration list. Here's how to view and manage it.
Opening an event occurrence
- Go to Your Offers and find the event.
- For a one-time event, tap or click on it directly.
- For a recurring series, open the series and tap or click on an individual occurrence.
The occurrence page shows:
- Event details: date, start/end time, location, host, capacity, and current registration count.
- The full registration list with each player's name, registration date, and payment status.
Registration actions
For each registered player:
- Mark Paid — Record that payment has been collected (for pay-later events).
- Waive — Mark the player as exempt from payment.
- Remove — Remove the player. If they paid online, you can issue a refund.
Custom registration fields
If you set up a custom registration form in Settings > Offerings > Events > Registration Form, each registrant's answers appear in an expandable row in the registration table. Tap or click a row to see the full response.
Cancelling an event
Use the Cancel button on the occurrence page to cancel the event. You can choose to refund any players who paid online.
Cancelling is permanent. Players are not automatically notified — send a message through Communication if needed.
