How do I configure league settings?

How to set up access level, pricing, payment methods, and a custom registration form for your leagues.

The Leagues settings page has two tabs: Settings and Registration Form. Go to Settings > Offerings > Leagues to find them.

Direct link and landing page

At the top of the Settings tab:

  • Direct link — Copy and share this URL to take players straight to your leagues page.
  • Show on landing page — Toggle on to feature leagues on your member portal home screen.

Access level

The Access Level card sets who can see and register for your leagues by default:

  • Public — open registration: Anyone can see and register.
  • Public — members only: Anyone can see, but only members can register.
  • Private — members only: Only members can see and register.

League pricing

The League Pricing card controls whether your leagues have a registration price:

  1. Toggle Enable pricing on.
  1. Enter a Default price, or toggle Different price for non-members? for split pricing.
  1. Choose the payment collection method:
      • Pay to register — Stripe collects payment at signup. Requires Stripe to be connected.
      • Pay later — Price is shown for reference; you collect payment separately.

Payment methods

Choose which payment options are available to registrants:

  • Cash — Players pay at the first session.
  • Check by mail — Players mail a check. Use your business address or enter a custom mailing address.
  • Stripe — Online card payments. Requires a connected Stripe account.
⚠️

Stripe payments require you to connect a Stripe account in Settings > Integrations. Until connected, online payment collection is unavailable.

Registration Form

Add custom fields to the league registration page. Players fill these out when they apply.

To add a field:

  1. Go to the Registration Form tab.
  1. Tap or click Add field.
  1. Choose the field type and enter a label.
  1. Mark as required if needed.
  1. Save.

Player responses appear in the Registrations table on the League detail page, expandable per registrant.
