How do I configure game settings?

How to set up your game defaults, scheduling hours, access level, and pricing in Settings > Offerings > Games.

The Games settings page lets you configure defaults and preferences that apply to all your games. Go to Settings > Offerings > Games to find these options.

Direct link

At the top of the page, you'll find your direct member portal link for games. Share this link with players to take them straight to your games page, bypassing the landing page.

Show on landing page

Toggle Show on landing page on to display a games section on your member portal home screen. Toggle it off to hide the section (games are still accessible by direct link).

Access level

The Access Level card sets who can see and register for your games by default:

  • Public — open registration: Anyone can see and register.
  • Public — members only: Anyone can see, but only members can register.
  • Private — members only: Only members can see and register.

You can override this default on individual games when scheduling them.

ℹ️

Access level options only appear when the Members feature is enabled on your account.

Game pricing

The Game Pricing card controls whether your games have a price:

  1. Toggle Enable pricing on.
  1. Enter a Default price, or toggle on Different price for non-members? to set separate member and non-member prices.
  1. Choose the payment collection method:
      • Pay to register — Stripe collects payment at signup. Requires a connected Stripe account.
      • Pay later — Price is shown for reference; you collect payment separately.

To disable pricing (free games), toggle off Enable pricing.

Scheduling hours

Set the range of hours available when scheduling games:

  • Start hour — Earliest time available (e.g., 9:00 AM).
  • End hour — Latest time available (e.g., 11:00 PM).
  • Timezone — Select your local timezone. Options include all US timezones (Eastern, Central, Mountain, Pacific, Alaska, Hawaii, and Arizona/MST).

Default game settings

Set the defaults that pre-fill when you create a new game:

  • Default duration — Choose from 1 hr, 1.5 hr, 2 hr, 2.5 hr, 3 hr, or 4 hr.
  • Max capacity — The default maximum number of players per game.

These are just starting values — you can change them on any individual game when scheduling.
