Understanding plans, billing, and usage limits

How to view your current plan, understand billing status, track player usage, and manage your Omahji subscription.

The Plan & Billing tab in your Account page is where you manage your Omahji subscription, view invoices, and track your player usage. Go to Account > Plan & Billing to find it.


Your plan

At the top of the tab you'll see your current plan status. The status pill shows one of these states:

Status
Meaning
Active
Your subscription is current and in good standing
Trial
You're in a free trial period
Free
You're on the free plan
Grace Period
Payment failed; account is still accessible temporarily
Locked
Account is locked due to unresolved payment issues
Past Due
A payment is overdue

If you're in a trial, a progress bar shows how much trial time remains. The bar changes color as the trial end date approaches to signal urgency.


Choosing or changing a plan

The Plan Selector grid shows the available Omahji plans side by side. Tap or click a plan to start the upgrade or change process.

Plan features:

  • Starter β€” Games and events. No leagues or personal sessions.
  • Pro β€” All four offer types. Includes leagues and personal sessions.
  • Studio β€” All Pro features plus higher player limits and additional capacity.

Leagues and Personal Sessions require Pro or Studio. If you're on Starter, you'll see a "Pro & Studio" badge next to those features in Settings > Offerings.


Managing your subscription

If you have an active subscription, you'll see links to:

  • Cancel subscription β€” Cancels your plan at the end of the current billing period.
  • Manage in Stripe β€” Opens the Stripe customer portal where you can update your payment method, download invoices, or view billing history.

Payment method

The Payment method card shows the card currently on file for your subscription. To update it, use the Manage in Stripe link.


Player usage

The Player usage bar shows how many players are in your account versus your plan's limit.

  • The bar turns yellow when you reach 75% of your limit.
  • The bar turns red when you reach 90% of your limit.

If you're approaching your limit, consider upgrading your plan or archiving inactive players to free up space.


Invoice history

The Invoice History section lists your past invoices with dates and amounts. You can also access full invoice history through the Stripe customer portal via the Manage in Stripe link.
