A table map represents the physical layout of tables at your game venue. You use it to assign players to specific seats.
What Is a Table Map?
A table map is a visual layout that shows:
- How many tables you have
- How many seats are at each table
- Where players are sitting
Think of it as a digital version of your seating chart.
How to Create a Table Map
- From the More menu, open Tables
- Click Create Layout or Edit Layout
- Add tables to your map:
- Set the number of tables you need
- Set the seats per table (typically 4 for mahjong)
- Arrange the tables as needed
- Click Save
💡 Tip: Standard mahjong is played with 4 players per table. Set each table to 4 seats unless you're running a different format.
Can I Have Multiple Table Maps?
Yes. You can save more than one layout — for example, a different table map for each location or room you play in, or for different player counts. You can also adjust an existing layout at any time. Just pick or update the right one before assigning seats for a game.
Next Steps
Once your table map is set up, you're ready to assign players to seats. See How to Assign Seats to Players for details.
