Sometimes you need to move players around after making initial seat assignments — maybe someone cancelled, a new player registered, or you want to shuffle things up.
How to Move Players
- Open the game and go to the seating view
- To move a player, drag them from their current seat to a new seat
- If the destination seat is occupied, the two players will swap
- Save your changes
Common Reasons to Rearrange
- Late registration — A new player signs up and you need to fit them in
- Cancellation — A player drops out, leaving an empty seat you want to fill
- Buddy requests — You realize you missed a seat buddy request
- Balance — You want to mix up the tables for better gameplay
Tip: If you're rearranging close to game time, make sure your members know about any changes — especially if you've previously shared the seating chart.
Can Members See Seating Assignments?
Members can view their seating assignment in the member app once you've made it available. If you rearrange after publishing, the updated assignment will be reflected automatically.
