Omahji doesn't have a separate "archive" action for players. Instead, you delete a player — which is reversible — and you can restore them at any time. Here's what happens and how to bring a player back.
Deleting a Player
- From the sidebar, tap or click Players.
- Open the player you want to remove.
- Open the actions menu (the ⋮ button near the top of their profile).
- Tap or click Delete Player, then confirm.
What happens when you delete a player:
- They move to the Deleted filter in your players list.
- They can no longer log in or register for games.
- Their history is preserved — past registrations and records are not erased.
Is There an Archive?
There's no separate archive or deactivate option, but deleting works like an archive: it's a soft delete, so nothing is permanently erased and you can restore the player whenever you need to.
Restoring a Player
- On the Players page, set the status filter to Deleted to find the player.
- Open the player. You'll see a banner that says "This player has been deleted."
- Tap or click Restore. The player returns to your active roster with their history intact.
Merging Duplicate Players
If you deleted a player because they were a duplicate, you can merge them into another player instead. Use Merge Player from the actions menu (or Merge into another player on the deleted-player banner) to combine their records into a single profile.
💡 Tip: Because deleting is reversible and keeps history, it's safe to delete players who've left your group — you can always restore them if they come back.
