Your player list is your roster of all the people who play in your games. Here's how to add someone new.

Steps to Add a Player

  1. From the sidebar, click Players
  2. Click the Add Player button
  3. Fill in the player's details:
  • First Name and Last Name — The player's full name
    • Email — Their email address, required (used for account login and invitations)
    • Phone — Their phone number, required
  1. Choose how they'll get access — send an invitation or set a temporary password — and optionally assign a membership
  2. Click Save

The player is now in your roster and can be invited to create an account.

💡 Tip: Adding a player to your roster doesn't automatically create an account for them. You'll need to send them an invitation separately — see How to Invite Members to Your Platform.

What Information Do I Need?

You need the player's name, email, and phone number — all are required. You can also choose their access method (send an invitation or set a temporary password) and optionally assign a membership while adding them.
