After adding players to your roster, you can invite them to create their own accounts in the Portal (your member web app at {slug}.mahjpass.com, also reachable through the Omahji app).
How Invitations Work
- From the Players page, find the player you want to invite
- Use the invite option to send them an email invitation
- The player receives an email with a link to create their account
- They set a password and can immediately start using the Portal
What Members Can Do After Joining
Once a member creates their account, they can:
- Browse your game schedule
- Register for upcoming games
- View their game history
- Update their profile information
💡 Tip: When inviting members, let them know to check their email (including spam folders) for the invitation. The email contains everything they need to get started.
Resending an Invitation
If a player says they didn't receive the email, you can resend the invitation from the Players page. Make sure the email address on file is correct before resending.
