Omahji uses roles to control what each user can see and do. Here's how roles work.
The Three Roles
Instructor
This is you. Instructors have full access to manage games, players, seating, messaging, and settings through the instructor portal.
Member
Your players. Members can browse games, register for seats, view their history, and manage their profile through the member app.
Admin
Platform administrators who manage the overall Omahji system. You typically won't need to interact with this role.
What Can Members See?
Members can only see:
- Games that you've created
- Their own profile and registration history
- The game schedule and available seats
Members cannot see:
- Other members' personal details
- Your instructor settings or business information
- Seating assignments before you make them visible
Tip: Members are scoped to your instructor account. Your players can only see your games and interact with your platform β they won't see other instructors' content.
