How to Invite Members to Your Platform – Omahji

After adding players to your roster, you can invite them to create their own accounts on the member app.

How Invitations Work

From the Players page, find the player you want to invite

Use the invite option to send them an email invitation

The player receives an email with a link to create their account

They set a password and can immediately start using the member app

What Members Can Do After Joining

Once a member creates their account, they can:

Browse your game schedule

View their game history

Update their profile information

Tip: When inviting members, let them know to check their email (including spam folders) for the invitation. The email contains everything they need to get started.

Resending an Invitation

If a player says they didn't receive the email, you can resend the invitation from the Players page. Make sure the email address on file is correct before resending.
