Your player list is your roster of all the people who play in your games. Here's how to add someone new.
Steps to Add a Player
- From the sidebar, click Players
- Click the Add Player button
- Fill in the player's details:
- First Name and Last Name — The player's full name
- Email — Their email address (used for account login and invitations)
- Phone — Their phone number (optional, used for SMS messages)
- Click Save
The player is now in your roster and can be invited to create an account.
Tip: Adding a player to your roster doesn't automatically create an account for them. You'll need to send them an invitation separately — see How to Invite Members to Your Platform.
What Information Do I Need?
At minimum, you need the player's name and email. The phone number is optional but recommended if you plan to use SMS messaging to communicate with your group.
