The Header Content tab in your Member Portal settings controls what visitors see first when they land on your member app — your logo, headline, welcome message, and sign-up options.
Getting There
- From the sidebar, tap or click Settings
- Select the Members tab
- Select the Member Portal section
- You'll land on the Header Content tab
Uploading a Logo
Your logo appears at the top of your member portal landing page. A good logo helps visitors immediately recognize your brand.
- In the Logo section, tap or click Upload Logo
- Select an image from your device
- Use the cropper to adjust how the image is framed
- Tap or click Save to confirm
Tip: Use a square image at least 200x200 pixels for the best results. JPG and PNG formats are supported.
To change your logo later, tap or click Change Logo. To remove it entirely, tap or click the X button on the logo preview.
Setting Your Title
The Title is the main heading visitors see on your landing page. Use it to welcome people or describe your community.
- In the Title section, type your desired heading
- Example: Join our Mahjong community
Keep it short and inviting — this is the first thing people read.
Writing a Welcome Message
The Welcome Message appears just below the title. It gives visitors a bit more context about your group.
- In the Welcome Message section, type a brief description
- Example: Register for games, view schedules, and connect with fellow players
Tip: Think of this as your elevator pitch. A sentence or two is plenty — just enough to help visitors understand what your community is about.
Controlling Public Sign-Ups
The Allow public sign ups toggle determines whether anyone can register for your member portal, or if they need an invitation first.
- On — Anyone who visits your member app can create an account
- Off — Only people you invite can join (the landing page shows an "Invitation Required" message)
Important: When you turn this off, existing members are not affected — they can still log in as usual. This only controls whether new visitors can sign up on their own.
Allowing Access Requests
When public sign-ups are turned off, you'll see an additional option: Allow non-members to request access.
- On — Visitors see a button to submit a request to join your community. You'll be notified and can approve or deny requests
- Off — Visitors only see the sign-in option, with no way to request access
This is a great middle ground if you want to screen new members without manually inviting every person.
Saving Your Changes
After making any changes on this tab, tap or click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page. Changes take effect immediately — your members will see the updated landing page the next time they visit.
Live Preview
As you make changes, the preview panel on the right side of the screen updates in real time, showing you exactly how your member portal landing page will look.
