How to Change Your Member Portal Appearance – Omahji

The Appearance tab in your Member Portal settings lets you customize the visual style of your member app so it matches your brand.

Getting There

From the sidebar, tap or click Settings

Select the Members tab

Select the Member Portal section

Tap or click the Appearance tab

Choosing a Theme

The Theme setting controls the overall color scheme of your member portal.

Dark — A dark background with light text (default)

Light — A light background with dark text

Tap or click the option you prefer. The preview panel on the right updates instantly so you can see how it looks.

Tip: Dark mode is popular with many users and can feel more modern. Light mode works well if your brand uses lighter colors or if your members prefer a traditional look.

Picking an Accent Color

The Accent Color is the primary color used for buttons, links, and other interactive elements in your member app. Choose from six options:

Blue	Ocean	A calm, professional feel
Orange	Sunset	Warm and energetic
Green	Mint	Fresh and inviting
Pink	Coral	Bold and distinctive
Gray	Classic	Understated and elegant

Tap or click a color swatch to select it. You'll see the change reflected in the preview immediately.

Selecting a Font Style

The Font Style setting changes the typography used throughout your member portal. There are two options:

Inter (Modern) — A clean, contemporary sans-serif font. This is the default and works well for most communities

Lora (Classic) — An elegant serif font that gives your portal a more traditional, refined feel

Tap or click the font option you prefer to apply it.

Adjusting Font Size

The Font Size slider lets you make the text in your member portal smaller or larger. Drag the slider between:

Smaller — More compact text

Default — Standard size (recommended for most)

Larger — Bigger text for improved readability

Tip: If many of your members prefer larger text, nudging the slider toward the larger end can make the app more comfortable to use.

Saving Your Changes

After making any changes on this tab, tap or click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page. Changes take effect immediately — your members will see the updated look the next time they open the app.

Live Preview

As you adjust settings, the preview panel on the right side of the screen updates in real time. It shows a phone-sized mockup of your landing page with your current theme, colors, and fonts applied, so you can see exactly what your members will experience.
