After sending attendance confirmation requests, you can track who's coming, who can't make it, and who hasn't responded yet.
Viewing Attendance
- Open the league and go to the Sessions tab
- Tap the session you want to check
- The Roster & Attendance section shows three groups:
Confirmed
Players who tapped I'll be there in their confirmation email. These players are expected to attend.
Declined
Players who tapped Can't make it. If the league has a sub list enabled, declined players may have suggested a substitute — look for the suggestion in the attendance notes.
No Response
Players who haven't responded to the confirmation email yet. You can resend confirmation requests to reach them.
Substitutes in Attendance
When you swap a sub into a session (from the registrations tab), the attendance view updates to show:
- The sub as attending with a substitute indicator
- The regular player they're replacing as declined
Player-Suggested Subs
When a player declines and suggests a substitute through the confirmation email, you'll see a note like "Suggested sub: Jane Smith (jane@email.com)" in the attendance details. You can then:
- Add the suggested sub to the sub list (if they're not already registered)
- Use the Swap In feature from the registrations tab to formally assign them
Attendance data feeds into the sessions table on the Sessions tab, showing absent and sub counts at a glance without opening each session.
