If you can't make a league session and the league has a substitute list, you can suggest someone to take your spot.
How to Suggest a Sub
- Open the attendance confirmation email
- Tap Can't make it
- If the league has a sub list enabled, you'll be asked: Do you have a sub?
- Tap Yes
- Enter the substitute's name and email
- Submit your response
Your instructor will see your suggestion and can follow up with the substitute to formally add them to the session.
Suggesting a sub doesn't automatically add them to the session. Your instructor reviews the suggestion and handles the swap on their end.
What If I Don't Have a Sub?
No problem — just tap No when asked about a substitute. Your instructor will see that you declined and can find a sub from the league's sub list if one is available.
Can I Suggest Anyone?
Yes, you can suggest any person by entering their name and email. They don't need to already be registered as a substitute. Your instructor will reach out to them directly.
