When players register for your league, their registrations come in as pending requests for you to review. You can accept or decline each registration.
Viewing Pending Registrations
- Open the league from the Leagues page
- Go to the Registrations tab
- Pending registrations appear at the top in the Pending Review section
Each pending registration shows the player's name, email, phone, registration date, and any custom field responses.
Accepting a Registration
- Find the registration in the Pending Review section
- Tap Accept
- The player is moved to the confirmed registrations list
- An acceptance email is automatically sent to the player
Declining a Registration
- Find the registration in the Pending Review section
- Tap Decline
- Enter a reason for declining (optional but recommended)
- Tap Confirm
- The registration is marked as declined with the reason recorded
The stats cards at the top of the registrations tab give you a quick overview: Total Registrants, Pending Review, Paid, and Pending Payment.
Registration Status Flow
Player registers → Pending Review → Accept → Confirmed
→ Decline → DeclinedOnce confirmed, the player appears in the main registrations table and is included in session attendance tracking.
