How do I respond to an attendance request?

Confirming or declining attendance via the email link

Before each league session, your instructor may send an attendance confirmation email. This lets them know who's coming so they can plan tables and find substitutes if needed.

Responding to the Email

  1. Open the confirmation email from your instructor
  1. You'll see the league name, session date, time, and location
  1. Tap one of two buttons:
      • I'll be there — Confirms you're attending
      • Can't make it — Lets the instructor know you won't be there

You don't need to sign in to respond. The email link contains a secure token that identifies you automatically.

Changing Your Response

Changed your mind? You can update your response:

  1. Open the confirmation page (from the email link)
  1. Tap Change my answer
  1. Select your updated response

You can change your response as many times as you need until the session date.

What Happens After You Respond

  • If you confirm — You'll be included in the session roster and seating assignments
  • If you decline — The instructor is notified and may arrange a substitute

Confirmation links expire shortly after the session date. Make sure to respond before the session.
