Keeping your login credentials up to date helps secure your account. Here's how to manage your password, email address, and profile information.
Accessing Your Profile
- Click Account in the sidebar
- Select the Profile section
Changing Your Password
To update your password:
- Click the Change Password option in the security area
- Enter your new password
- Confirm the new password
- Save your changes
Important: Choose a strong password with at least 8 characters, including a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
Updating Your Email Address
Your email address is what you use to log in. To change it:
- Click to edit your email address
- Enter the new email address
- You may need to verify the new email before the change takes effect
Make sure you have access to the new email address before making the change, as you'll need it to log in.
Profile Photo
You can upload a personal profile photo that appears in the portal:
- Click the profile photo area
- Select an image from your device
- Crop if needed
- Save
Display Name
Your display name is shown in the portal when you're logged in. Update it if your name has changed or if you prefer a different display name.
Recovery Email
Setting up a recovery email gives you a backup way to access your account if you forget your password or lose access to your primary email.
Tip: It's a good idea to review your login credentials periodically. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately.
