Understanding Your Subscription & Usage

Viewing your current plan, member limits, and how to upgrade

Your Omahji subscription determines which features you can access and how many members you can manage. Here's how to check your plan and understand your usage.

Viewing Your Current Plan

  1. Click Account in the sidebar
  1. Select the Plan & Billing section

You'll see:

  • Your current plan name
  • A summary of what's included
  • Your usage relative to plan limits

Understanding Usage Limits

Each plan has limits on things like the number of active members you can have. The Plan & Billing section shows a progress bar for each limit so you can see at a glance how much room you have.

For example, if your plan allows 50 members and you currently have 35, you'll see a progress bar showing 70% usage.

⚠️

Heads up: If you hit a plan limit, you'll see a notification in the portal. You won't lose any data, but you may not be able to add new members or access certain features until you upgrade.

Trial Period

If you're on a trial, you'll see:

  • How many days remain in your trial
  • Which plan you'll be on when the trial ends
  • A prompt to select a plan before the trial expires

Comparing Plans

The Plan & Billing section shows available plans so you can compare features and pricing. Each plan card displays:

  • The plan name and monthly price
  • Key features included
  • Member limits
  • How it compares to your current plan

Upgrading Your Plan

When you're ready to upgrade:

  1. Review the available plans in the Plan & Billing section
  1. Select the plan that fits your needs
  1. Follow the prompts to complete the upgrade

Upgrades take effect immediately — your new limits and features are available right away.

Downgrading

If you need to move to a lower plan, keep in mind:

  • You may lose access to features not included in the lower plan
  • If you're over the new plan's member limit, you'll need to reduce your active member count first
💡

Tip: Check your usage a few times a month, especially if you're growing quickly. Upgrading before you hit a limit ensures a smooth experience for you and your players.
