Your dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in. It gives you a snapshot of your business at a glance β key numbers, upcoming games, and trends over time.
Metric Cards
At the top of the dashboard, you'll see four metric cards:
- Total Players β The total number of players in your system, with a percentage change compared to last month
- Active Members β How many of your players currently have an active membership
- Upcoming Games β The number of games you have scheduled in the future
- Upcoming Events β The number of events (retreats, tournaments, etc.) coming up
Each card shows a trend indicator so you can see whether the number is going up or down compared to the previous period.
Upcoming Games
Below the metrics, you'll see your next three upcoming games. Each game card shows:
- The date and time
- How many players have registered vs. the maximum capacity
- A visual progress indicator showing how full the game is
- How many spots are remaining
Click on any game to see its full details, or click View All to go to the full Games page.
Upcoming Events
If you have any events scheduled, they appear alongside your games. Each event shows its name, date, and registration progress.
Analytics Charts
The bottom section of the dashboard includes visual charts that help you understand trends:
- Game Attendance β Track how many players are showing up over time
- Seat Utilization β See how efficiently your tables are being filled
- Member Status β A breakdown of your players by status (members, guests, etc.)
Tip: The dashboard refreshes automatically when you navigate to it, so the numbers are always current.
