Your business profile contains the core information about your mahjong business. This is displayed throughout the portal and on your member app, so it's important to keep it accurate.
Accessing Your Business Profile
- Click Account in the sidebar
- Select the Business Info section
What You Can Update
Business Name
Your business name appears on your member app, in emails to your players, and throughout the instructor portal. To change it, simply edit the field and save.
Address
Your business address includes:
- Street address
- City
- State
- ZIP code
This is used as your default contact address. It's separate from your game locations, which are managed in Settings > System > Locations.
Contact Information
- Email — The email address players see for contacting your business
- Phone — Your business phone number
Business Logo
Your logo appears on your member app and in communications. To upload or change it:
- Click the logo upload area
- Select an image from your device
- Crop the image if needed using the built-in cropper
- Save your changes
Tip: For best results, use a square image (at least 200x200 pixels) with a transparent or solid background.
Tax Rate
If you charge for games, events, or memberships, you can set a tax rate that will be applied to transactions. Enter the rate as a percentage (e.g., 8.25 for 8.25% tax).
When to Update
Common reasons to update your business profile:
- You've rebranded or changed your business name
- You've moved to a new location
- You have a new logo
- Your tax rate has changed
Changes take effect immediately throughout the portal and on your member app.
