Your business name and address are displayed to your members and used throughout the platform. Here's how to set them up.
How to Update Your Business Name
- From the sidebar, tap or click Settings
- Find the Business Name field
- Enter your business or club name (e.g. "Sunset Mahjong Club")
- Click Save
Your business name appears in:
- The member app header
- Email invitations sent to new members
- SMS messages (as the sender name context)
How to Update Your Business Address
- From the sidebar, tap or click Settings
- Find the Business Address section
- Enter your street address, city, state, and zip code
- Click Save
Tip: Your business address is separate from your game locations. The business address is your official business contact address, while locations are the physical venues where you host games.
When Should I Update This?
- Right away — Set this during your initial account setup before inviting members
- When you rebrand — If your club name changes, update it here and your members will see the new name immediately
- When you move — If your business address changes, keep it current for accurate records
