If you already have a website — for your club, studio, or business — you can show your live Omahji offerings right on it with an embed. Visitors see your up-to-date schedule on your own site and tap through to register and pay, without you having to keep two calendars in sync.

Embeds are one of the three ways players connect with you. For the full picture, see How players find you.

What an embed is

An embed is a small snippet of code you paste into your own website. Once it's in place, your Omahji offerings appear directly on the page — styled to fit in — and stay current automatically.

It works on most website builders, including WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, and plain HTML sites.

Why use it

  • Keep your own website as your storefront. Players never have to be told to "go somewhere else" to sign up.
  • One place to manage everything. You still create and edit offerings in Omahji; the embed just displays them.
  • No double entry. When you add a game or change a time in Omahji, the embed updates on its own.

How it works

  1. You add an offering in Omahji as usual.
  2. Your embed shows that offering on your website automatically.
  3. A visitor taps an offering and is taken to your branded Omahji checkout to register and pay.
  4. The booking and payment flow through Omahji exactly as they would on your Portal.

Your embed shows your upcoming offerings in date order, including recurring series, so visitors always see what's next.

Getting your embed code

You'll copy a snippet from the Connect page (open the On the web card, then Embed code) and paste it into your website where you want the offerings to appear. Once it's saved, your offerings show up right away. For builder-by-builder steps, see Adding your embed to WordPress, Squarespace, and Wix.

If you don't see Embed code on your Connect page, reach out — it may not be enabled for your account yet.

💡 Embeds work with most website builders. If you get stuck adding the snippet to your site, reach out and we'll help you get set up.

Keeping it up to date

There's nothing to refresh or re-paste. The embed always reflects your current offerings in Omahji — new sessions appear, and ones that have passed or filled drop off automatically.
