What Are SMS Templates?
Templates are pre-written messages that you can reuse. Instead of typing the same game reminder every week, you create a template once and select it whenever you need it.
How to Use a Template
- Start composing a new SMS message
- Look for the Templates option
- Select a saved template
- The message field will be populated with the template text
- Edit if needed, then send
Common Template Ideas
- Game reminder: "Reminder: Mahjong game tomorrow at [time] at [location]. See you there!"
- Schedule change: "Heads up — this week's game has been moved to [new date/time]. Same location."
- Cancellation: "Unfortunately, we need to cancel this week's game. We'll be back next week!"
