After you send an SMS message, Omahji tracks the delivery status so you can confirm your messages are getting through.
Delivery Statuses
Sent
The message has been sent from Omahji to the carrier network. It's on its way.
Delivered
The message was successfully delivered to the recipient's phone.
Failed
The message could not be delivered. Common reasons include:
- Invalid phone number
- The recipient's phone is turned off or out of range
- The carrier rejected the message
Checking Delivery Status
- Go to Messages or SMS
- Find the message you sent
- View the delivery status for each recipient
What to Do If a Message Fails
- Check the phone number β Make sure it's correct in the player's profile
- Try again later β The recipient's phone may have been temporarily unavailable
- Contact the player directly β If SMS consistently fails, reach out via email or in person to verify their number
Tip: If you see multiple failed deliveries, it's a good opportunity to clean up your player list and verify phone numbers are up to date.
