Integrations connect Omahji to outside services so you can collect payments and keep your schedule in sync. You manage them in Settings > Integrations.

Stripe

Stripe is how you collect online card payments from players — game fees, event tickets, league dues, private sessions, and member subscriptions all run through your connected Stripe account.

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations.
  2. In the Stripe card, tap or click Connect with Stripe.
  3. Complete Stripe's onboarding (your business details and bank account for payouts).
  4. If you step away before finishing, the button changes to Continue Setup — use it to pick up where you left off.
  5. When everything is verified, the card shows Connected. From there you can tap Manage or Manage in Stripe to open the Stripe portal.

⚠️ Until the Stripe card shows Connected, online payment collection is unavailable. Players won't be able to pay you by card.

For the fee Omahji takes on player payments, see Understanding Omahji's fees.

Google Calendar

Connecting Google Calendar keeps your availability accurate. Omahji reads your busy times so players can't book a private session when you're already occupied, and your sessions stay in sync across calendars.

  1. In Settings > Integrations, find the Google Calendar card.
  2. Tap or click Connect Google Calendar and sign in with your Google account.
  3. When it's linked, the card shows Connected with a Manage option.
  4. If the connection ever needs attention, you'll see Reconnect — tap it to re-authorize.

Google Calendar gives you busy-time blocking, session sync, and support for multiple calendars.

Updating or removing a connection

Use the Manage option on either card to review the connection or disconnect it. Disconnecting Stripe stops online payments; disconnecting Google Calendar stops busy-time blocking and session sync.
