Sometimes you need to add a player to a league without them going through the public registration form — for example, if someone registers in person or by phone.
Adding a Registrant
- Open the league from the Leagues page
- Go to the Registrations tab
- Tap Add Registrant
- Fill in the player's details:
- First Name and Last Name (required)
- Email (required)
- Phone (optional)
- Choose the Registration Type:
- Regular — Standard roster spot (counts against capacity)
- Substitute — Added to the sub list (doesn't count against capacity)
- Waitlist — Added to the waitlist
- Optionally send a confirmation email to the player
- Tap Add
💡 If the email matches an existing player in your system, the registration is automatically linked to their player record. Otherwise, a new player record is created.
When to Use Manual Registration
- A player registers in person, by phone, or via email
- You want to pre-register players before opening public registration
- You're migrating players from another system
- A player had trouble with the online form
