When you create a league, sessions are automatically generated based on your schedule. Each session represents one play date in the season. Here's how to view and manage them.
Viewing Sessions
- Open the league from the Leagues page
- Go to the Sessions tab
- You'll see a table listing all sessions with:
- Session number (Week 1, Week 2, etc.)
- Date and time
- Status (Scheduled, In Progress, Completed, Cancelled)
- Attendance summary (absent and sub counts)
- Seating summary (how many players are seated)
Opening a Session
Tap any session row to open the session detail view. This slides in from the right and shows:
- Header — Date, time, location, and status
- Notes — Add or edit session-specific notes (tap the notes field to edit, then tap Save)
- Roster & Attendance — Track who's coming (see the attendance article)
- Seating — Assign players to seats (see the seating article)
- Points — Enter game scores (if point tracking is enabled)
Session Location Overrides
By default, sessions use the league's location. If a specific session needs to be held at a different venue, the session detail view shows a location override indicator.
Session Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Scheduled | Upcoming, hasn't happened yet |
| In Progress | Currently being played |
| Completed | Finished |
| Cancelled | This session was cancelled |
💡 Cancelling a single session doesn't affect the rest of the league. The other sessions continue as scheduled.
