Events are for special occasions outside your regular game schedule — workshops, tournaments, social mixers, fundraisers, and more. You can create a single event or a recurring event series.

Before you start

Make sure the Events offering is enabled in Settings > Your Offers. If you use custom event categories, set them up first in Settings > Your Offers > Events > Event Types.

Create an event

  1. Go to the Schedule page in the left navigation.
  2. Tap or click Create and choose Event.
  3. Fill in the event details:

Basic details

  • Name — The event title (required).
  • Description — Optional description shown to players. Tap Write with AI to generate a draft based on the event name.
  • Recurring — Toggle on to create a repeating series. Leave off for a single event.
  • Send email invite to all players — Toggle on to notify your entire player list when saved.

For a one-time event

  • Date — The date of the event.
  • Capacity — Maximum number of registrants.
  • Start Time and End Time — When the event begins and ends.
  • Registration Deadline — Optional date and time after which registration closes.

For a recurring series

  • Recurrence — Choose the repeat pattern and days.
  • Start Date — When the series begins.
  • Capacity — Capacity for each occurrence.
  • Start Time and End Time — Apply to every occurrence.
  • Booking Horizon — How many days in advance players can register for upcoming occurrences.
  • Series End Date — When the series stops.

🔗 For a recurring series, the name and description are shared by every occurrence. You can override other details (date, price, capacity, and more) on an individual occurrence later, but to rename the series or edit its description you edit the series — see How do I manage a recurring event series?.

Additional options (all events)

  • Host — Select a saved host or enter a name.
  • Location — Select a saved location.
  • Price — Shown if event pricing is enabled in settings. Supports a single price or split member/non-member pricing.
