Leagues are structured multi-week programs with a fixed roster. When you create a league, Omahji generates a full session schedule automatically and gives you tools to manage registrations, attendance, points, and standings.

🏆 Leagues require a Club plan. Make sure the Leagues offering is enabled in Settings > Offerings before creating your first league.

Create a league

  1. Go to the Schedule page in the left navigation.
  2. Tap or click Create and choose League.
  3. Fill in the league details:

Basic details

  • Name — The league title (required).
  • Description — Optional. Describe the league for prospective players. Tap Write with AI to generate a draft.

Schedule

  • Number of sessions — How many sessions the league runs for (1–104, default is 8).
  • First session — Set the Date, Start time, and End time of your opening session.
  • Remaining sessions — Choose how the rest of the schedule is built:
  • Repeat weekly — Same day and time each week.
    • Custom schedule — Set each session's date and time individually.
  • Sessions — Review the generated session list and fine-tune it: edit any session's date or time, remove a session, or use + Add session to add one.

💡 Omahji generates the full session list from your schedule automatically. An 8-session league set to Repeat weekly on a Tuesday generates 8 Tuesday sessions. Review them in the Sessions list before saving — you can edit or remove individual sessions there.

Pricing (if league pricing is enabled in settings)

  • Price — Set a flat price or enable separate member/non-member prices.

Point tracking

  • Enable Point Tracking — Toggle on to track scores and display standings.
  • Games per session — How many games are played per session (1–10, default is 4). Used to calculate the points leaderboard.

Session management

  • Require attendance confirmation — If enabled, players must confirm attendance before each session.

Roster features

  • Enable Sub List — Allow substitute players to be added to a separate sub list.
  • Enable Wait List — Allow players to join a waitlist when the league is at capacity.

Visibility

  • Publish to leagues page — Toggle on to make the league visible on your Portal.
  • Send email invite to all players — Toggle on to notify your player list when saved.
  1. Tap or click Create League.

Omahji creates the league and all its sessions. You can then share the registration link with players.
