You can assign players to specific tables and seats for each league session, just like you would for regular games.

Setting a Default Seating Layout

When creating or editing a league, you can select a Seating Layout. This becomes the default layout for all sessions in the league.

Assigning Seats for a Session

  1. Open the league and go to the Sessions tab
  2. Tap the session you want to set up seating for
  3. Scroll to the Seating section
  4. The seating layout shows your tables and available seats
  5. Assign players to seats by selecting them from the roster

Which Players Are Available for Seating?

The seating roster for a session includes:

  • Confirmed regular players who haven't declined attendance
  • Active substitutes who have been swapped in for the session

Declined players and players who haven't responded are not included in the seating roster.

Per-Session Layout Overrides

If a specific session needs a different table arrangement (for example, fewer tables because of lower attendance), you can override the seating layout for that session. The override only affects that one session — other sessions continue using the league's default layout.
