Omahji's Reports page (in the primary sidebar) gives you performance data across your games, events, leagues, and community — four tabs: Overview, Revenue, Attendance, and Players.

Filtering by Date

Every tab shares the same date filter at the top of the page: Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, This year, or a Custom range with your own start and end dates.

💡 If you're new to Omahji, some charts show a placeholder note like "trends appear after a few weeks" until there's enough history to chart.

Overview

A snapshot of your business: revenue, weekly attendance, and your top-performing games by revenue.

  • KPI cards for your key numbers — a Net Revenue card only appears once you've issued at least one refund
  • A revenue trend chart
  • A weekly attendance chart
  • Your top games ranked by revenue

Revenue

A closer look at the money coming in.

  • Gross Revenue, Avg Per Game, and Paid Registrations always show
  • Refunds and Net Revenue appear once you've issued at least one refund
  • Credit Redemptions appears once any player has redeemed a game credit — this is a plain count of redemptions, not a dollar figure, so it never double-counts against your revenue totals
  • A revenue trend chart and a revenue-by-offering-type breakdown
  • A payment-methods breakdown (card, cash, check, etc.)
  • A Revenue Detail table (offering, type, registrations, revenue) and a separate Refunds table

⚠️ Private Sessions revenue isn't included in any Revenue figure today — if you offer private sessions, that income won't show up here. Point-of-sale refunds (from the Sales feature) also aren't tracked, so Net Revenue only reflects refunds issued through registrations.

Attendance

How full your games and events are running.

  • KPIs for Total Attendance, Avg Fill Rate, No-Shows, and Games & Events Held
  • A weekly attendance trend chart
  • A fill-rate-by-game chart
  • An attendance-by-day-of-week chart with a callout for your busiest day

Players

How your community is growing and engaging.

  • KPIs for Total Players, New Players, Active Rate (played in the last 30 days), and Avg Sessions per Player
  • A player growth chart
  • An active-vs-inactive split and a plan-distribution chart
  • A Most Active Players leaderboard (name, join date, games played)

Exporting

There's no CSV or PDF export today — Reports is a read-only dashboard inside the Instructor Portal.

Who Can See Reports

Reports are scoped to a single instructor. If you're a platform admin, you'll need to be in View as Instructor mode to see report data for a specific account.
