The instructor portal is your command center for running your mahjong business. This article walks you through the main navigation so you always know where to find what you need.
The Sidebar
On desktop, you'll see a fixed sidebar on the left side of the screen with icons for each main section. On mobile or tablet, these same options appear as a bottom tab bar.
Main Navigation
These sections are always visible in the sidebar:

| Home | Your dashboard with key metrics, upcoming offerings, quick actions, and analytics charts |
| Schedule | Where you create and manage all your games, events, and leagues. View them as a calendar, an agenda, or cards, and use the Create button to add a new offering |
| Players | View and manage your player roster, invite members, and track membership statuses |
| Connect | Share your Portal and grow your community — your site link, QR code, 5-digit instructor code, and invite message, plus the On the web card for customizing your public site |
| Messages | Send SMS text messages to your players |
| Reports | Revenue, attendance, and player insights for your business |
More Menu
Additional sections are available under the More button:

💡 Where did Offerings go? There's no separate Offerings page. Games, events, and leagues are all created and managed right on the Schedule page. Use the Create button there to add a new one — if you've enabled more than one offering type, the button opens a dropdown so you can choose Game, Event, League, or Session Type.
Finding Your Way Around
Most pages follow a consistent layout:
- Page header at the top with the page title, a short description, and action buttons (like Create or Add Player)
- Views and tabs to switch how content is displayed (for example, the Schedule page lets you switch between Calendar, Agenda, and Cards views)
- Search and filters to quickly find what you're looking for
- Content area with cards, tables, or forms depending on the page
💡 Tip: On pages with long lists — like Players or the Schedule — use the search bar at the top to quickly filter by name or keyword.
Quick Actions
Many pages have a primary action button in the top-right corner of the header. These let you jump straight into common tasks:
- Create on the Schedule page — add a new game, event, or league
- Add Player or Invite Member on the Players page
- New Layout on the Tables page
Mobile Navigation
On smaller screens, the sidebar collapses into a bottom tab bar showing the most-used sections. If there are more sections than can fit, a More menu expands to show the rest.
The portal is fully responsive — everything you can do on desktop works on your phone or tablet too.
