Your personal account details — your name, login email, password, and profile photo — live on the Account page. These are separate from your business details (see Configuring Your Business Name & Address).

Opening Your Account Settings

From the sidebar, tap or click Account, then open the Profile tab. You'll see two sections: Personal Information and Account Security.

Update Your Name and Photo

Under Personal Information:

  • Name — Tap Edit next to your name, enter your name, and save.
  • Profile photo — Tap Upload (or Change) to add or replace your photo.

Change Your Login Email

  1. Under Personal Information, find Email address and tap Edit.
  2. Enter your new email address and save.
  3. A verification email is sent to confirm the change — open it and follow the link to finish.

⚠️ Your email change isn't complete until you click the link in the verification email. Until then, keep using your current email to sign in.

Change Your Password

  1. Under Account Security, find Password and tap Update.
  2. Enter your new password and confirm it.
  3. Save. You'll use the new password the next time you sign in.

Set a Recovery Email

Under Account Security, you can add a Recovery email to help you regain access if you ever forget your password. Tap Add (or Edit), enter the address, and save.

Tips for Keeping Your Account Secure

  • Use a strong, unique password you don't use anywhere else
  • Add a recovery email so you're never locked out
  • Keep your login email current so account notifications reach you
