Switching to Omahji from another system? You don't have to add players one at a time. You can bring your whole roster over with a CSV file, or enter players in bulk by hand.

Option 1: Import from a CSV (fastest)

If you have your players in a spreadsheet, export it as a CSV and import it:

  1. From the sidebar, go to Players.
  2. Open Invite Player, then choose Invite multiple players at once.
  3. Tap Import from CSV and select your file (.csv or .txt).
  4. Map your columns — tell Omahji which column is the Email (required) and which is the First Name (optional).
  5. Review the preview, then send the invitations.

💡 Tip: You can import up to 100 players at a time. If your roster is larger, split it across a few imports.

Preparing Your Spreadsheet

  • Make sure there's a column for email address — this is required for every player.
  • A first name column is optional but makes your invitations friendlier.
  • Remove duplicate rows and empty lines before exporting.

Option 2: Enter Several Players by Hand

No spreadsheet? You can still add multiple players in one go:

  1. Go to Players and open Invite Player.
  2. Choose Invite multiple players at once.
  3. Use Add Row to enter each player's email (and name), one row at a time.
  4. Send the invitations when you're done.

Option 3: Add a Single Player

What Happens After You Import

Each player receives an email invitation with a link to set up their account and sign in. You can track who has joined from your Players roster.

💡 Tip: You can edit any player's details from the Players page anytime — for example, to add a phone number later.
